Did I pass down a good deal?

I was watching this bottle, and just figured what the hell and let it go, but I don't know if that was the right move. I mean, it has small chips on the lip, but the price seems too low for what it is.

Lip looks pretty bad on it. Not sure I would have bid that much. it is a nicer than average cologne design.

Could have been a damaged Flared Lip.

I think it took what the market was bearing that week. I, if I had the money, would have paid a little more. It was nice, but the question is did you like it enough. Sometimes the like and want is worth more than the profit.
That's a personal decision.

I think it went a little high. The whole flared lip is missing.

I also think it went high with the flared lip chipped completely off.

I didn't think it was a flared lip- I figured it was probably a rolled lip with some chips in it.

Not all lips are created equal but the one in McKearin, pages 400-01 is flared. Like flasks though, the maker could put whatever top they felt like on it.
