I have to say one thing.. judging by what I am used to ..that looks more like the Death Star than an antique mall.. no offense, of course, just something I noticed.. and I like it.. [&:]

BEAUTIFUL! ININA AND I ONCE HAD A BOOTH AT A PLACE THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE YOURS IN TENN. HAD SOME REALLY NICE STUFF IN IT TOO,BUT NEVER MADE MUCH OF NOTHING AND THIS WAS IN THE EARLY 2000S. DID BUY A CIVIL WAR LETTER THAT MAY HAVE BEEN FROM GEN. POLKFOR 5 BUCKS. THE LADY SAID IT FELL OUT OF A BOOK SHE HAD AND SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. ALL I NOTICED WAS 1864 ON IT. GOT IT HOME AND IT SAID "NEAR NEW HOPE CHURCH"! [DALLAS GA.] IT ONLY MENTIONED THE "ENEMY" ONCE. NO CIVIL WAR CONTENT TO IT,BUT WAS A LETTER TO HIS WIFE. POLK DIED NOT LONG AFTER. IT WAS VERY CHRISTIAN IN NATURE,POLK WAS A MINISTER. NEVER GOT IT AUTHENTICATED CAUSE I TOOK IT TO A BOTTLE SHOW JUST TO SEE IF ANY CIVIL WAR BUFFS MAY COME BY AND COULD TELL ME ABOUT IT. ONE DID COME BY. HE DID NOT KNOW IF IT WAS THE GEN. OR NOT EITHER ,BUT HE OFFERED ME $250 AND I WANTED BOTTLES SO...

I LOVE THAT LITTLE LADIES NECK WHISKEY/BITTERS BOTTLE. ALL ARE VERY NICE!!!! JAMIE

I always wondered if people actually made any money selling their stuff at these places. My neighbor rented space and didn't make enough to cover the monthly rent. He had some nice stuff.

I know exactly where you are Joe. Sometime after Christmas I promised to take my mother to the Casino, and being that I have no enthusiasm for gambling I'll spend the day there. They get pretty decent traffic there, hope it does well.

Maybe you will be missing a few when I head back to the casino to pick her up....[;)]

I can't speak for Joe as to why he shares the case with me, but.... Since he got me into bottle digging and collecting about 13 years ago, I've gone a little overboard and need to figure out exactly what bottles I do want to collect. You obviously can't keep or collect them all, I can't anyways. I have seen pictures and been in bottle digger's houses where there are bottles literally everywhere. Just this past year I was in two deceased bottle diggers houses where there were buckets and boxes full of bottles that were never even washed from decades ago. My personal opinion is that one should figure out what bottles they truly want to keep/collect and share the rest by selling or gifting as they are getting harder to find just by digging. I would love to give more away but sure can use the dough right now.

Thanks for posting the pics Joe. The ribbed case gin is SOLD and will be headed to NJ in the next couple of days.

That's great Tom. I'm glad my pics helped you sell a bottle. You have some awesome ones. I can't get over your Masonic flask. It's awesome in person too for anyone who was interested.
