Your Donald Duck soda bottle was made by the Glass Containers Corp. This link will tell you more about them ...

Their makers mark is sometimes described as a "hanging" or "interlocking" GC. There are several variations of the bottle - some of which are currently listed on eBay. The majority of them were made in the 1950s and sell on the average for about $20.

jdeldotto, my opinion is that the "65" on the base of your Donald Duck bottle signifies the date of the bottle (or the bottle's mold); 1965.

There is an earlier type of the Donald Duck bottle with a more pronounced 'deco' design. That one has a design patent dated 1953.
