This is my dream home it's my aunt's old house it set on 72 acres in the middle of wayne national forrest it's been there for a long time. my mom lived in the house when she was a small girl. the house is full of canning jars my aunt caned everything she could.it's going to me a fun place to go looking around in for goods and i hope to dig the privys i know there are some old one there[]

Treasure in your new digs. That is a keeper and a fixer-upper. I hope you don't listen to those who will tell you it is cheaper and less frustrating to raize and build anew. Enjoy your treasure hunt and your memories.

Just kidding ! Great looking fix er upper ! Should make a great place when and if you decide to restore it back to being habitable.

I agree with the guys. Save the house if you can. Even if it is just a camp type getaway. To be in the middle of the Wayne National Forest would be so cool. You might even find more dumps.
