Anyone who does not think e-bay and the embossed cure market isn't out of contol should have seen the "Kitchel's wind puff cure w/label go for $1009.00!!!! I mean, come on folks I'm a die hard cure collector but there's no way in ---- that I'm spending that kind of money for a smooth base ,1880's cure no matter how much I would like it! For heavens sake-you can buy historical flasks ,IN COLOR,more resonably at times. Personally,I think things are way out of control on some items and as much as I love my bottles,let's get real here! I wonder if it's me, or does anyone else feel the same? Kev

It looks like the local Michigan guys hit this one !
Sometimes local stuff goes out of sight . I know Tennessee bottles and jugs go for big bucks. They are very desirable to collectors in this area , more than to collectors from a different area. WOW !!! 1000.00 + on the label cure...... My Congrats to the seller !!!
