No, it is a DYOTTSVILLE GLASS WORKS in arch with PHILADELPHIA across bottom nice green with opalescence overall.no chips or cracks.

These were Dyottville's stock offering for sodas and mineral waters, they also came in porters. I guess for an additional fee or minimum order you could have your name added in a slugplate. Here's an EARLY one:
