found bottle

hi all, i've just bought a house that was built in 1891.i had heating and cooling contractors in here removing some stuff and they found an old bottle. one side has raised lettering that says: el-bart dry gin.on the other side is a sticker that says urity brand liquid bluing
for family use. at the bottom of the sticker it saysut up by purity grocers sundries mfg chicago,ill. i'm just intrested to see how old this is. the bottle seems to be in good shape and it has a cork in it. if someone could tell me about it that would be great. thanks

That is a strange bottle, does it have a mark on the bottom.

yes there is a mark on it. a raised"b" .

No Don't find that mark in my notes. If you better decribe the bottle (seams) and such or take a picture of it, then sombody should be able to give you an Approx. date.
