My Friend bought this bottle at a shop in California and would like some info on it. It stands 9 3/4" tall..Has Washington printed on the front base. (Under his feet). Bottom says 3 Design Pat Applied for. The front part of his tri-cornered hat is a pour spout. The seam goes all the way up so it is ABM.. Anyone know what it was and what it is worth?

They often show up on eBay...I think they were issued during the Washington birthday bi-centennial...1732 - 1932...There were quite a few items made for this commemorative event. One Washington flask is dated as noted and contained vinegar.
