I am sincerely glad that we have another forum member who is better at identifying flasks than I am. I already knew Steve was. Sandchip, I apologize if I came on strong, that was not my intent. I just couldn't see how you could even come close to making a call without the flask in hand. No matter which McKearin number, it's a nice piece. Jim

Is it weird my eagle flask in question looks to be the ACTUAL flask used on the chart? Look at the carbon spot on the neck, which leads down to a milk stringer... unique character from junk in glass

Nvm. I guess it was cut from my photo, and compared to a drawing in the book. Had me wondering!
