help with Gay-Ola bottle, Spartanburg, S.C.

bottle is about 7 inches tall, embossed in script, Gay-Ola, it's better trademark registered on back around heel, Spartanburg, South Carolina. lettering almost look like coca cola script. trying to get year of bottle. i know they lost a legal case to coca-cola in 1914. any help appreciated bob

Very cool bottle, I'd say towards the beginning of the founding of the company... Just a guess though. It looks like an early one. After a certain date (don't know what it is), Gay-Ola was bottled in the more known style bottles. Other members may know more.
