Hello, this is my first time in here. I was hoping that anyone could tell me something about this bottle that I found when I was diving in Norway. The bottle is 16 cm. h. and 13 cm. b. It is clearly worn after many years in the sea. I can´t see that there are any letters or numbers.
I would be very happy to know what sort of bottle it is, where it come from, the age and what it is worth.
Thank you

Hey Ajacxon,
You found a nice bottle there! Other forum members will know more than me, but I can tell you it dates to the 1700s, maybe late 1600s if you're lucky. It looks like an "onion" bottle (onion is just the term used to describe the shape). They were made in Europe and America, yours is undoubtedly European.

Thank you very much. I found the bottle in a refuge for sailing ships south in Norway
