Here are some poisons I picked up today if you have any info or prices for them that would be great. I think I might put one or two of them on ebay sometime soon. Here are the pics

The labeled Black Flag is worth maybe $5. The cobalt KS-2 in the middle, $20-25, and the Bowker's Pyrox $5-10. Cool bottles. Jim

I wish I had better news for you on the poisons. Still, nice bottles. That milk would be an early Lewistown Pure Milk Co. bottle from the 1920s. There are a few of them around, but the monogram bottles are considerably scarcer than the later block letter LPM bottles. The monogram ones came in both smooth and a ribbed "birdcage" style, which is scarcer. Here is a pint LPM monogram birdcage from 1924. $25 is a pretty fair deal for one of these in good shape. I snagged this one for $15 at a flea market [;)] Jim

Hey all,
I just found the Pyrox poison today. I was googling it and it brought me right back to the a-b.net website! Funny. Anyhow, I also found out (I'm sure Jim knew this) that it was an insecticide from the 19-teens. Neat bottle, I think. I thought it was a Mason when I pulled it out. I don't run across too many poisons for some reason, so it was a fun find today.

Hi Tim, The Pyrox is a cool bottle. You don't see many different types of jar poisons. The earlier Pyrox jars had a glass lid with a metal band that went across the top. The later ones had a screw cap. We find them here once in a while. Bowker's Pyrox was sold in the poison jars at least into the 1930s. It must have been a fairly popular product at one time. ~Jim
