but when I dug two more I knew it was a good summer, and two are the same type, that means I have a pair, but I like the odd one out better

You can get new screw tops for them and use them, if you like.
The glass should clean up like new.
I've dug these before, same as your pair.
I believe they are depression glass from the 1930-1940's.

WTG....definitely Depression glass...TNCGAL may be able to ID the pattern for you...
