ID dug figural, apple? orange? kumkquat or what

Heres a recent privy find, tooled top, smooth unmarked base. Has a lead foil type neck band but no label panels except for a flat base. I'm thinking its more of an orange because of the textured glass but welcome any ideas.

I'd go more with the above than an oddball White House vinegar for sure. Other than that, no comment.

Not a White House Vinegar, I have the book with all W/H bottles. It's not in it. I do like it for sure.

Looks like an orange. Liquor seems a likely guess.
I was thinking maybe a flavoring extract but it doesnt seem like orange was all that popular early on.

Perhaps a flavoring bitters? I know there was an orange bitters like Angostura at one time.....Jack
