A couple of old ink bottles? The monogram is SMCo all interlocked. The #1-Monogram is all that I can see written on the larger bottle. Unusual thing about it is the seams. They go up to sides of the bottle from around a square seam at the very edge of the base. Then the entire top part seems to be applied with two seams on the sides opposite those of the base seams. The applied top has a very uneven application of glass arounmd it. Age of this bottle?? Any possible value?
The smaller bottle says "SANFORD MFG. Co" on one side, "1 OZ." on another side, the "SMCo" monogram on a side, and very lightly embossed on the other side is partial letters that could not be made out with a magnifying glass as if someone had intentionally removed them from the mold. There are two side seams that disappear very quickly after hitting the neck of the bottle. The bottom has the number "138" embossed on it. Age of this bottle and any possible value??
Would also like to know if these really are inks as I suspect they are.
