We bought a pair of the Crystal Head Vodka shot glasses and one was busted all up. They seemed to have been packed well, but I don't remember. It was insured and we submitted a claim for half of what we paid and we did get the $20 without a fuss. So we had to buy another set (this was for a christmas present). Up side to it was we ended up with the spare in our collection.
