This is a Carters, made in the U.S.A. It has a pontil mark I believe and the top part has a seam. Plus there is a seam going hotizontally. The lip looks rolled. I am interested in how this was made. Is this just a two piece mold? Is any of it hand blown?, I am also interesed in the value. Thanks for looking.

I've never seen a pontiled Carter's ink, so I suspect it isn't a pontil scar.
It could be a mold mark that you're confusing for a pontil scar.
Most of the Carter's ink that I've dug, and there's been alot, were blown in a 2-piece mold.
The best Carter's I found digging was a mint Clover leaf ink in cobalt blue.
