Interesting stuff, but not a great weekend.

We dug old faithful this weekend again - we've been digging this same area all year. Got a couple more intaglios, some cool cast iron stuff, and a couple of interesting bottles. I did hit a good pocket as we were leaving - about 4 feet deep, that hopefully has some better stuff. Happy Halloween folks.

I thought the wheelbarrow with the doll head was appropriate Halloween material. The wheelbarrow is cast iron - pretty cool.

Cast iron mailbox bank. I managed to find both halves, but not the sliding cover for the slot. I'm going to give it an electrolysis bath to clean it up. It's in great shape, should clean up nice. The other thing is a cast iron kiln spur. I found about 25 of them - this one was the only one that had all 6 legs. They used these to hold up large pots etc. in a kiln. I found lots of fire bricks too. There must have been a few different artisans in this area.

Really interesting items!! Love the Mailbox and the wheelbarrow too...looks like a fun dump to dig.

I love this funky bottle with the comb. It says dip the comb in the bottle, with a picture of a comb going into the bottle. The bluebird deco is in great shape.

Neat little castor oil, it's only a 2 ounce bottle. 2 Fl Oz / Pure Castor Oil / The Frank Tea & Spice Co. / Cinti.

This is the first yellow bottle I've ever found. The color is great, and it has color swirls throughout, long stringy bubbles, striations on the neck, incredible swirls on the bottom - everything you'd want...

Except it's a screw top! Go figure - but the color and the swirls - had to keep it.

Well,...I suppose that Westford Glass Works flask, helps make up for the sparse times,...I know that's how it goes for us...[] I love the color on the yellow bottle,...I'd have kept it as well. We dig a similar bottle to that Castor oil around here quite a lot in T.O.C. dumps, but although it's flask shaped it says "Great Seal" on it...You're right,....Interesting stuff. The cast iron pieces would have made my day.
