Indeed, you never know what's underneath. But personally, my best years were about 15 to 20 years ago, when old Montreal was in development with the Cité du multimedia.
I consider myself lucky to work in this environment but at the same time it is very hard sometimes to see bottles going in trucks to the dump without being able to pick them up because I cannot always do it. You know, you can't stop the production because of the bottles. There is a lot of stress around.
