there are quite a few out there really. I've seen a few different amber ones, all sorts of black glass, clear ones, aqua ones, heavily embossed ones... I think the cobalt is probably one of the hardest to find...

they come in pretty much any color you find other bottles in. Even milkglass.

I've seen them in clear glass with cobalt lip and seal.
