So I have a summer wedding to attend. I know the bride and groom because they are my gf's flatmates. I bought this suit a while back
because it was on sale and I loved it but never really had anything to wear it to. Do you think that would be ok to wear as a guest? I know the groom is wearing a simple suit, I don't want to be overdressed. I love the suit, I just don't want to be the only person that doesn't wear a simple top or something

Well , it seems to me if the groom is wearing a regular suit , you should fit right in . Maybe more so if it were black lol . Just kidding of course .

I suppose it might be a bit much for a beach wedding or something very informal, but for a church wedding a grey suit seems perfectly fine to me.

Wearing the suit without a tie would certainly help to make it more casual, plus you wouldn`t have to romove it later when the reception gets in high gear(LOL).Either way, I think you`ll be fine.[;)]
