Kurtz & Post Wooster Ohio

I was trying to see if anyone had more info on this bottle/company. I have only seen a few of these and they all came from one dump that I dug with 2 friends.

First 2 decades of the Twentieth Century, date wise, I'd think. Any maker's information on the base or heel?

I notice that they were the team that brought forth POSTACOLA:

"18.069 Title POSTACOLA (For a Beverage)
Kurtz & Post, Wooster, Ohio Filed June 13, 1913." US Patent Office.

This One just went off at electronic auction for 15 dollah.

Nice bottle. Ive recently been working a spot in wooster that I'm pretty sure was the town dump. Seems to date to 1890 so far.

Wooster is a pretty big place so if your on one of the town dumps you'll be neck deep in bottles!

You could say that. Or neck deep in glass. I've dug some pretty interesting stuff so far. Maybe we can get together sometime for a dig. I drag my friends along on occasion but they have no interest in digging. take care.
