Late 30's, can anyone help me out on what the contents may have been? Not sure if you can call this partial waffle glass or not.

The middle photo shows the trademark for Owens Illinois glass company there is a chart available out there that show how to date the Owens glass eras (they have been in business along time and have had many partner companies and differing marks). The clear/colorless bottle reminds me of ammonia or some other cleaning agent bottle. I have also seen bottles like that that contained concentrated lemon juice. These bottles are all machine made and certainly some what newer (1950's through to possibly as late as 1960's -70's)

I'm pretty familiar with Owen's Illinois, the plant stamp, and single code year, refers to the year 39, and the fact that he started using the just O with I in it in the 40's however that doesnt mean this isnt one that wasn't pulled off the shelf and reused and it just not change the stamp on bottom. The period beside the content code(16) refers to it has been reused. Thanks for the input.
