When I bought this bottle on ebay as a repair project, the seller had noted something like it was super rare, one of a few known examples... Little did I know how rare it really is!!!

Yeah I saw that one on there, how much money did you save on yours, because really the hole isn't all that noticeable.

Dang, Wayne... Don't do that! I'm gettin' hi on the thought that I'm one of only 3 people who are known to own one... I've never been in the rarified air of such tiny statistic... It's giddy up here...(sounds like horsey-talk, donit?)...

Hey, Miles...

Let's just say that if I could sell mine for half of what the one ending today on ebay goes for, I would have enough profit to almost buy back that E. Roome snuff I just sold...

The A A Cooley from Hartford is a very early bottle I dont know if yours is from the same place. Possibly a little later bottle from the same family. Let us know if you are able to research it any.

PS - I forget where that photo came from. I will remove if anyone has a problem with it.

Matt...

Check out the link on the third post down from the top... It's the repair post I did on the Cooley's Bitters, and I put some history there... This Cooley is Dr. Samuel Cooley of Hartford, CT...

Ron

PS... Who would object to a photo of such a beautiful bottle?
