I have about 30 different Dallas druggists, and 25 Fort Worth druggists. My main collection is Texas patent medicines. I have 5 from Dallas, and none from Fort Worth. From the entire state I have 40 different patent medicines. I only know of one larger collection, and his is 50 bottles. We have probably 25 of the same bottles the rest are different. Most of the ones I have that he is missing are one known. The same goes for the ones I do not have. Texas medicines are rare as hens teeth. If I get one or two I don't have a year for my collection I am doing well.

This is a link to some of my patent meds. The rarest are the single stroke from dallas, The amber cascarine from Dallas, and the Cohens Cough Balsam from Waxahachie. There is a Morley's wonderful 8 from Austin, and a rare Texas remedy from Waco. I love them all, and it will be a long time before I sell them! Here is Texas we don't dig super old stuff, but to me this type of bottle is still very cool!
