First, sorry, the format was too much for me to take in all the scrolling back and forth. Second, welcome and nice detail with the description!!! That doesn't happen very often.
I'm no expert on European bottles but that's a beauty IMO. Even if I tried to check the Willy Van Den Bossche book I'd probably make a wrong call. I never could tell English form from Dutch, Belgian etc..
I love the patina also.
Stick around here and see what comes about and I'll give you this site also. http://www.britishbottleforum.co.uk/
Some of them pop over here from time to time but they are overall more knowledgeable and frequent there for the European glass.
Please come back if you get what you need over there or at least drop me a note to the link of your question. I pop over there now and then too but I don't want to miss it.
Eric
Sorry for the oversize images i have a large format screen and didn't realize, thanks guys for the prompt replys very interesting information and observation. along the neck there are faint grooves that run vertically any idea what these could be?
Thanks Eric for the link and info, I will keep you updated with any further information I uncover. I'm going to upload a picture of the groves on the neck.
