BILL...possibly a perfume/cologne/toilet water bottle for the Ladies. I have a similar one, but it's not curved.

Hey whiskeyman found out what this was for. its a decanter top. it like a bottle so you can put colored water in it so ya know what brands it the bottle. oh the dig iam on i dont think it can ever clean it out. looks like hundreds of people have dug there an theres still plenty .
