I purchased the iron pontil quart double eagle soon after I arrived at the show. The owner gave me a really good price that I couldn't refuse. This makes four double eagles in my collection. Two pints, a half pint and a quart. This quart is by far the oldest of the four with iron pontil base.

Inside the ovals you can see where makers name probably was taken out.

Great flask! Love the pontil scar, have you looked it up yet? I have a couple pint double eagles from Pittsburgh they have a similar look. One of them has Cunningham embossed in the oval. Great find.
