Machine made or blown?

Ive had a couple of fairly early bottles recently (turn-of-cent or so), on which the seam stops at mid-neck and then theres another seam mark on the lip not in line with the other seam mark on the bottle. Explanations anyone? Are these bottles blown or machine made? Thanks.

DEEP....without seeing it up close I think...that's the marks left by the early Owens Machine.
