Got this fairly uncommon pontil marked med recently. Embossed Mathewson's Infallable Remedy 50 Cents.

Considering how they spelled Infallible , I would have to question the name [:D]

I believe this is a New York bottle but I dont know a lot about it. Anyone have any clues?
I know it was C. Mathewson and he also made a horse remedy, advertised in the 1840s.
