maybe a pre 1936 royal crown bottle ?

This one has me wondering, ok this pyrmid bottle has embossed rc with star on the top and around the bottom it has property of nehi bottling co. ok here is the part i was wondering about. The acl part only has royal crown without the reg us pat off and without copyright 1936 so i was wondering what the date was on the bottle. Here it is it just has minimum contents 12 fluid ounces. Any help on this one.

ok here is the regular rc painted label as you can see it has copyright 1936 nehi corporation and has reg us pat off under royal crown.

very interesting one,can you tell what symbols or numbers are on the bottom
looks from here like LBS 4 5 ?? Sodapopbob has done a lot of research on earliest acls maybe he will chime in

that is where i think the bottle come from LGW 4 on the bottom of the bottle

LGW did not use the acl process till 1937.

Could be an older bottle painted.[]
