Mini-Whiskey

We dug this mini-whiskey the other day and I'm looking for any info on it I can get.

could you set it in a window and take a picture, i really can't make it out. I don't know that i can, but it would show better

I have 2 whiskeys that have the same exact embossed design on the neck and shoulders as your bottle.Both of mine are from Illinois.Also the Casper whiskies have the same embossed design as well.
