I have had these bottles now for about two years .The decanters have amazing cut and clarity matching stoppers and the cologne is a very dark cobalt blue. I have pictured the three bottles with a National Bitters to show the shear size of the decanters.

The yellow green bottle from Mt.Vernon New York is tall at 13 inches add the stopper and it stands a whopping 15 inches tall and 6 inches wide. The decoration on this bottle are large arches sandwiched between pillars and covered with what appears to be roof hingling. There is also a floral motif encircling the bottom inch and a half of the bottle. It has a large 2 inch diameter rough pontil. This bottle has plenty of base wear.I believe the bottles age as somewhere between 1825 and 1840.

The Mantua Ohio Decanter is a nice 7-up green with a stopper. It stands 11 inches tall and and is also 6 inches wide in circumference.By adding the stopper changes that to 14 inches total height. The bottle has a twisted rather long neck with 16 ribs. The ribs of the neck end at a circular tiered ring and then a 22 twisted ribbed larger main body portion of the bottle is what remains. The bottle has a 1 inch diameter rough pontil. There is plenty of base wear. The color on this bottle is striking.I believe this bottle was manufactured between 18 30 and 1845

The cobalt blue toiletry or cologne bottle is from the New England Glass Company. The bottle is free blown very early 1820 to 1830.The bottle has a rough pontil and is a very deep blue in color. The bottle sounds when tapped to be made of flint glass. The base sports lots of wear indicative of the age of the bottle.Jeff (kungfufighter)and Mike(earlyglass) any thoughts or interpretations would be ppreciated. These bottles were part of a museum collection in the Philadelphia museum of art that were decommissioned in 1985.They then were part of a Michigan mans collection from 1985 to 2008. I purchased them at auction online.

Hi Steve; Nice pictures. I assume you are saying that they are all three mold production. How about the Corn Bottle? It wasn't pictured or described. My friend Ed Herrold is a big collector of those bottles. Thanks for the study. RED Matthews
