My buddies and I got into the hobby around a year ago picking it up by pretty much by accident from our dads who used to dig back in the 60s.

This is my best bottles display. I have 150-200 bottles but this is my showcase. I've dug maybe half of them. Others bought at flea markets, antique shops and Ebay.

You're doing better than I did my first year. Congrats. Nice show! It took me 12 years to get to 4 or 5 hundred. You're doing great. Keep it diggin and thanks for sharing!

My first year digging I was 15, I was happy with milk bottles [:D] and we used to dig 100s of them. Now days I am happy with ONE good bottle vs 100s of anything.

Nice collection.

Great Job, not sure how long it took me to find a hutch, you have quite a few!

Here in Md. Hutches are relatively scarce compared to other States. Most from the hutch era are lightning stopperd steamers. The Crown Cap was also invented by a Baltimore Co. in the 1890s which is probably another reason for fewer hutches.
