I am new really new at this, and have figured out that I find a lot of small colored bottles. I love the colors even if they have no huge value, also I have started to find some mason jars. I was trying to think of a cool way to display without looking like a crazy bottle lady, and having my four kids break them all. So, I put the small colored bottles inside of the mason jars. hope you enjoy Jenny

UMMM, start-adicting-need a 12 step program-all of these might well relate to me. When you stumble onto an old dumpsite and get a few hundred bottles. And learn the really neat stuff about them, it's easy. This weekend shelves are getting built along a wall in my kitchen for them. Hoping to trade bottles for ones that I don't have.. This is great history and everything. Found two pieces of sterling silver, and a brass buckle so far. Less then two weeks into this crazy thing... Gotta love it. Jenny

Love it Jenny, My daughter just started using mason jars for everything...She got a whole bunch off free cycle and some turned out to be old and colored. She started displayed and storing shells, crayons, markers, art supplies, and I love it. I think my love for glass is finally rubbing off on her. The shells on the coffee table looked really nice. The kids can see their art supplies easy now. They have never broken any glass. My son drinks out of mason glasses now and won't buy glasses and same with my niece. [;)] They aren't old, but still I think it's cool!
