This was my first purchase. I hope I did well. I paid $3 for both. One is a little scratched up, but both are pretty!

I believe the small one is a poison bottle. I'm new to this, so if I'm wrong, please let me know. I have no clue about the big bottle.

I have attached both of the bottles and will attached close ups.

The bottom of the large one says D & O with a 2 under it. It also has a tiny x at the top. The seams on both bottles go all the way down, but not on the base.

Hey Pinx. Who doesn't like cobalt blue bottles? They aren't super valuable without any embossing but you didn't pay that much either. They should look great in the window. Congrats.

Thanks. It's funny that you say that because I put them in front of a huge window for display already! :-D There was an amber bottle the size of the blue poison bottle that I'm kicking myself for not getting. I'm really into the blues and especially want those specifically to display in the bathroom (which is going to be done in blues and whites with a cottage feel). Anyway, it had embossing, but I can't recall what it said. I was low on cash and thought I was already at my limit (and I was) and my hubby wasn't too thrilled with me bringing home a bag of goodies when I have a lot of stuff I'm suppose to be selling. [;)] I told him I was going back for it this week, but not making a special trip. If it is there, it was meant to be mine. If not, it was meant to be loved by someone else! I can't wait to post my pictures from tomorrow. A guy posted them on a local online yard sale. I was second in line. The first person passed, so they are mine! And they are FREE! He said he wanted them to go to someone who would display them because they are just collecting dust. I cannot even express how excited I am. If my husband found these, wrapped them up for Christmas, I'd be so happy... but I found them, lol... [sm=lol.gif]
