Need help finding info

I purchased this lovely glue jar at a rummage sale got a whole bag of stuff for 5.00. I can't find any info on this piece. Name on it is Sanford's has 6 oz on it and the bottom has # 387 . I'd like to know what year it was made. Thank you[attachment=turtle design glue jar.jpg]

Hi, that's very nice. Can you tell whether it's machine made or not? A patent for similar Ink and mucilage can be found from 1867 but I'd guess yours is around 1910-20. I need some more info, maybe pictures of the base and opening.
