Need help with a flask

Has anyone ever seen this cross on the bottom of a coomon 1/2 pint flask? Ive seen them with the anchor but never this marking. I was wondering what company it came from and what does the cross stand for? Thanks for any info that can be found on this handsome flask.

Just cant find it. Found similar ones, but they are always accompanied by the makers marks and numbers on other bottles...where the cross was a signature for the maker. But that's it.
