The bottom of the bottle says "CLYDE GLASS WORKS", CLYDE N.Y. "
The bottle itself is in bad shape. looks like it's been rollong on the river bottom for a long time. can this be cleaned up if tumbled?

Good evening Dave. Good to see other law enforcement on the forum. Thanks for the update on the age of the bottle. If you noticed, this bottle is pretty beat up. do you think if it was tumbled, it would clean up?

Hi Lean don't know much about tumbling but will give you an opinion anyway. If it were me on your neat picture bottle, I would not let anyone put his hands on it. On this one it is (in my opinion) not worth enough to bother with tumbling. You guys back East have it made we didn't have anyone in this State (WA) untill the 1840's. Pontil what's that.
