Hi,

I need help to ID an embossed medicine glass. I bought it from a seller in England, but it seems to have an Irish design. It is embossed C B & Co.
Also embossed is a picture of the Harp of Erin and the word ERIN. You can see a picture at...

Anybody know what C B & Co. stands for? Any help would be appreciated. I collect this type of embossed medicine measure and always like to know where they are from.

Hi, the mark is listed as unknown but seen on Whiskey bottles from the 1870-80 period in Toulouse. Stated Erin is Ireland I would think but the Medicine Glass make me think of Prohibition or a medicine. Prohibition in Ireland I don't think took place. I can't find in a list of whiskeys a name that might be CB as definate. In other words, IDK, sorry.
