I just recieved a new ink.unfortunately, the description is different than what I expected.I would like some of your opinions on this ink before I make a decision. The ink arrived packed very well. This is the description they gave for the ink.Dark olive green, 8-sided, 2 3/4"h, open pontil, partially rolled lip.An in manufacturing tiny spot of roughness is on the outside edge of lip.Classic New England.I`ve bought a few bottles from them and am very happy with the way they have worked with me in the past.I paid almost $300.00 for this ink.I would like some opinions on the damage.I bought the ink expecting some roughness, but in my opinion, it seems chipped with a 1/4 inck fracture.I don`t think I would have bid as high had I seen the damage up close.I`m usually very tollerant of slight damage, but this seems to me that it could get larger with time.I`m not putting Glassworks down at all. They have treated me very well in the past.I`m just looking for opinions on the damage. Thanks, Tom

Thanks Joe, I`m kinda sick to my stomach about the whole thing.I really love the color, but I`m trying to build a collection of higher quality colored pontiled umbrellas.Roughness would be ok, but not a crack.

That is definitely not just "roughness". I think that you are entitled to a full refund, if that is the route you decide to take.
