New utility I picked up

I bought this little guy for my son recently,and wondered if anyone had thoughts as to its origin? It's a nice,pure green no olive tones.Thanks for any help.

The base. I don't remember seeing this raised dot on one of these before.

That's neat that it still has some original ink residue inside. It leaves no doubt about what it held.

The raised dot looks kinda like a bubble to me.. prob not intentional [8|]

Charlie, the raised dot is solid and definately in the mold.Seems like a silly spot for it.

I say it's a seed ..gravity itself accounts for the shape. Hope I don't seem argumentive, but I can't see a design like that being on a mold on purpose

It could be, my guess is Philly or Baltimore but I am a rookie when it comes to these.
