Old Bottle neck

Hi, I found this bottle neck While diving last weekend, I know there is not much of it, but can anyone give me some ideas as to the age . It is a green glass . It was found in Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia.. Thanks

It was not that cold the water temp was 7 deg C or 44deg F . we dive drysuits. Its actually the best time to dive in the harbour. the water is much clearer. It will get down to close to freezing in Feb/March
