Old Colonel British Columbia Whiskey bottle help.

Hello. Could anyone help out with dating and a possible value for an amber ABM Old Colonel Deluxe 8 1/2" Bourbon whiskey bottle? The front has a pair of embossed pistols and swords, and the reverse has the embossed colonel with a glass and crossed revolvers. No labels. BC distillery on base. The corked cap is aluminum and it still has the bottom aluminum ring. I thought this was made in Canada, however the cap reads made in USA. Any assistance would help. Thanks.
