Cool finds. I like the stove polish too. That jar lid reminds me of Joe's tattoo and the Proctor and Gamble symbol. I tease him about that []

Closest I can come up with is a Star and Crescent Jar which lists for a good price, so I would think that the lid would be worth a nice amount also.

Hi Everyone, Rick (poisons4me) didnt mention that he found a nice Stenciled Jug this past Sunday too. Its a nice one, about a half gallon. Looks like it was made yesterday. Its the third one of these to be dug in our little Jungle Dump. Both of the others were ceacked and chipped. I. GOODMAN / WINES AND LIQUORS / 39 REMSON ST. COHOES, N.Y. We all brought full packs of bottles home, but really in looking through mine, I didnt get anything worthy of putting up. Thats 3 outings now wjith mostly commens for me, but theres some more great bottles to be harvested from this dump. Rick noticed I was pretty fond of this jug, and in appreciation of me bringing him in on this digging spot, he gave it to me. He made sure to do so before we bushwacked the mile out, but I didnt mind carrying this nice local peice one bit. Next week is my week to get something good. Of coarse I said that this past Sunday too.
