Hello All! I am currently only posting this bottle to Bottle Collector Forums for ALL MY BOTTLE PEEP'S! This is a Beautiful 1917 Obear-Nestor Glass Company, East St. Louis, Illinois (1894-1978.) Beer bottle. Bottom Reads [N] 17. Heel reads ON 17.
It has 5 Potsones the first 4 are ink-pen head sized. #1 Bottom of bottle. #2 Heel of bottle. #3 Center of bottle. #4 Neck of bottle. The 5th Potstone is Clear, White, to Gold, Measuring 1/2" Long and 1/8" Wide! Located on the shoulder. The 6 vent marks run up the Side of the bottle opposite each other instead of being located on the Shoulder.
The pics do not do it justice but this Beautiful Bottle has Hundreds of Bubbles running throughout that give it the Wonderful appearance of Gold Flecking! If you are Interested please PM me. Thank you, Bert DeWitt
