painted bottles

A few month's ago I bought a couple of painted bottles with pictures painted on them in blue paint with a white background (appears to be dutch seen's). Any idea's? Someone ounce said something about them being old gin bottles.

That type scene on pottery is called Delf, don't know about it being put on bottles at a factory.
