PAYING TOP DOLLAR FOR BARQ'S ROOT BEER & MOON GLO ITEMS

I have been advertising for almost 3 years now everywhere with no luck, so here it is again, paying top dollar prices for anything related to Barq's ( famous for it's Root Beer ) Barq-ola ( 1930s drink made by Barq's) or Moon Glo Orange memorabilia ( Orange soda made during the 40s ) I am looking for ANY Moon Glo or Barq-ola bottle. None of these have ever been on ebay, there are only 5 collectors of Barq's, all of whom have one of these bottles and found theirs, I've only found broken pieces!!!! so it's time to pay the price, probably too much but when you want something you pay what it's worth to you. Hi I recently picked up some bottles for a friend of mine, he wants me to sell them and knew that I played on ebay a lot. Anyway I have one of these Moonglow bottles! Are they really worth that much? This one looks to be in mint condition. If you're really serious I can post a picture. This one is from Mobile, Alabama and is white and orange. Are you interested in any other bottles? No Barq's but lots of other sodas, I wish they were all worth that much!!!!

Hi YES I am interested, please post a picture and we'll set something up. As for the bottles on ebay I have every one of those. Some of those aren't rare but aren't common either. That's the thing with Barq's, every bottler did their own thing, they chose whichever bottle suited them. I have over 150 different Barq's bottles. I have Barq's bottles where only one is known, that doesn't make it rare however because everyone did their own thing. As for the bottles on ebay the odd ball embossed clear bottles in block print from Biloxi are worth around $50 and the ACL Genuine Beverages Barq's bottles can go anywhere from $40-$50 for the 12oz $40-$75 for the 8oz. Also a common mistake people make is for some reason they think that's a G, it's a Q, BARQ'S, not BARG'S. I find a lot of good stuff because people mispell it. Erica email me at sherrill15@aol.com.

Hi here is the bottle, very clean as you can see, says on the back The Mellow Orange Drink, front Says Moon Glo. The only part that says Barq's is embossed on the back. The bottom says Barq's Bottling Works Biloxi, Miss. (My mistake, I thought it said Mobile!) On the side it has a code 4LGW1. I have emailed you regarding the bottle, you can check out my ebay id so you know I can be trusted, I have excellent feedback. Do you deal on ebay?

Here is the back of the bottle. You think it would have been a bit hard to see the lettering if the bottle was ful of orange drink.
