How did you research that from Maryland? Online?

Maryland libraries offer an online free access to Heritage Quest which has census and other info. Your state may also. Contact your county library. Some allow access from anywhere with your library card number and others only allow it from the library. I'm lucky in MD and can access from any computer.

If you know what state and area the Ryan bottle was from I could try that also.

I don't know where the Ryans is from but it was found in Poultney, Vermont along side a river.We are so close to NY/s Eastern border it could hve been NY. I am hoping it is Vermont.

Ryan is a really common name. Give me the Vermont and NY counties that Poultney is near.

Rutland County, Vermont. Bennington County, Vermont

Washington County, NY Warren County NY, Of course then again, I am only an hour away from Albany county.
