[8|]Sometimes ya just have to pass something by. I always look for casewear along the bottom edges of any bottle with a pontil, there should be some abrading of the glass from sitting for two hundred or so years, but that does not allow for the wear someone could put onto the bottle that you have shown here. all ya have to do is put a bottle on a metal plate with a little sand on the plate with the bottle , put a vibrator up to the underside of the plate and let it run for a coupla days or so, and voila, you have case wear. the best way I know how to purchase bottles off e-bay is to KNOW your seller...........

well that doesn't sounds good if the seller doesn't describe it as replica I might pay for $60.00!! well it's really hard to tell the difference for original bottle in MINT condition then the repro....Sigh...
